Fishcake Patties

     1/2 lb fishcake paste

     1 lb imitation crab, shredded

     1 egg

     1 tbsp sugar

     1 tbsp mirin

     2 stalks green onion

     1 can water chestnuts, diced

     1 c panko


Combine all ingredients except panko.  Using an ice cream scoop, drop ball of mixture into panko.  Coat well.  Flatten.  Fry until golden brown.
