Racism! Can it be white, black, or blue too?!

Everyone absolutely loves the Smurfs, but how well do you actually know them? It is unfortunate to say that these sweet blue characters are in fact members of the Ku Klux Klan! This may sound ridiculous, but testimonial evidence proves this claim to be true. For starters, the Ku Klux Klan, or KKK, are a white suppremasists hate group, who mainly target African Americans. They typically wear white robes and pointed-masks that only reveal their eyes.
Notice that much like the KKK, the Smurfs wear white pointed hats. The only Smurf whose hat isn’t white is Papa Smurf. The color of Papa Smurfs hat is red, which is the same color of the pointed masks that the KKK leaders wear. In fact, evidence shows that right before the creator of the Smurfs, Peyo, died of a heart attack, he admitted to being a member of the KKK. In a conversation between him and his maid, she recalls him saying, “I wanted my comics to reflect my beliefs as a member of the KKK.” His maid even admitted to seeing him get dressed in his white robe and pointed mask. Now you can call it a coincidence or you can believe the truth!
