Congratulations to all the winners of the On-the-Spot Writing Competition! The school held an exciting event to recognize the talented participants and celebrate their remarkable achievements.
The top three works selected by our esteemed judges will be published in the upcoming 3rd volume of "Writer's Avenue" - ASPS' very own anthology of young writers' creations.
For those who were absent during the ceremony, don't worry! You can collect your well-deserved certificates and awards after the summer holidays. We hope this competition has not only culminated their English learning but also sparked a sense of joy and passion for writing.

The ceremony continued with a special recognition to the student council leaders and members of the student GAB. They were commended for their outstanding leadership, passion, and commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive school environment.
Our Secondary school students possess an unstoppable energy that drives them to take charge and make things happen. The GAB has been hard at work, curating an incredible summer challenge that will ignite curiosity, foster creativity, and encourage exploration.
Reading Challenge:
Make videos of yourself reading and upload them to our GAB Challenge Centre.
Earn a certificate for one video.
Become a Reading Champion by uploading five or more videos.
Create a Book or Video:
Fact: Create a picture or photo diary of your travels and holiday activities, involving your family. Talk about the places you visit or things you do.
Fiction: Imagine a story or holiday and write, draw, or talk about it.
Instructional: Make a video or picture/photo book about something you enjoy, like learning a new skill or discussing a topic you're knowledgeable about (e.g., models, cooking, karate, making playdough models, digital apps).
Summer 30-Day Activity Challenge:
Keep track of the date and activities you do on a chart.
Add a photo or information about each activity.
