Reading Objectives:
-Students will analyze the dynamic shift in Macbeth's character as he grapples with the consequences of his actions, emphasizing the impact of unchecked ambition on personal relationships in Act 3 scene 1. -Students will explore how Shakespeare uses language to present Macbeth’s madness and guilt in Act 3 Scene 4.
-Students will identify key themes and imagery within the text- Act 4 Scene 2 and 3.
-Students will understand how the character of Lady Macbeth has changed.
-Students will evaluate how pressure is beginning to mount on Macbeth at the end of the play.
students will analyse how Shakespeare begins to show doubt and fear in Macbeth. Act 5 Scene 3.
