We are thrilled to share the exciting news of our remarkable journey at the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE held at the American School of Creative Science in Sharjah!
Competing against 25 schools from across the UAE, our students showcased resilience, determination and a passion for robotics. The First Lego League provided a platform for young minds to collaborate, innovate and push the boundaries of what's possible.
We are proud to announce that our school emerged victorious, earning the Best Robot Design! 🏆 This achievement is a testament to the collective efforts, dedication and brilliance of our students.
Congratulations to our Year 7 students Lamar, Sina and Nour, who not only worked tirelessly on crafting and presenting an outstanding innovation project, and to our dynamic team of Year 9 students, Hamdan, Shayan, Bilal and Husain Rangoonwala, who demonstrated unparalleled teamwork and skills in the Robot Game Challenge. We are pleased to announce that ASPS is participating in Diplomathon Symposium 2024 for the third consecutive year! 🎉 This year's event brings added benefits, with Diplomathon offering college recommendation letters to students who attend five conferences - making this opportunity even more enticing.
Last week, Diplomathon founder Mr. Hridhay Bhatia conducted the first in-school training which is an effective way to introduce students to the rules and procedures of participating in such conferences. This was followed by online training that was carried out from 18th to 20th of January in a joint session with other participating schools in the UAE. This helps students to familiarise with each other and creates an atmosphere for positive engagement on the day of the conference.
Mark your calendars: Diplomathon Symposium 2024 will be held at Gems Modern Academy on 10th and 11th February.
Participating in competitions like the GEMS Legacy Cup offers students numerous benefits. They can showcase skills, improve teamwork and develop sportsmanship. It is a chance to learn discipline, resilience and goal-setting.
The upcoming match against Woodlem Park School, Al Sadiq School, and Indian High School on January 29th promises excitement. Best of luck to the ASPS football team in the upcoming matches!

If you create and sell items made for special occasions, especially Ramadan, seize the opportunity to showcase your products. Rent a booth for a nominal fee of 100 AED, and reach a diverse audience during this festive celebration.
