Happy New Year! We hope that you all had an enjoyable winter break.
As we gear up for the commencement of Term 2, we kindly request that you send the following stationery items along with your child:
Whiteboard markers: 2 of each colour (red, blue/black, green)
Glue Stick - 3 sticks
Coloured papers
These items will be utilised in various engaging activities planned for the upcoming term.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to another term of learning and growth.

To be able to blend sounds into words, so that they can read short words made up of known letter-sound correspondences.
To spell words by identifying the sounds and then writing the sound with letter/s.

2 LO: - تهجئة الكلمات عن طريق التعرف على الأصوات ثم كتابة الصوت بالحرف/الحروف.
مفردات الكلمات: كلمات مخادعة: هو، هي، أن يتمكن من مزج الأصوات في كلمات، ليتمكن من قراءة كلمات قصيرة مكونة من تطابقات معروفة بين الحروف والصوت.

We will be starting our new theme of countries around the world, where children will learn all about the culture of England. Example: food, flag, landmarks, language etc.
