Week 18: Creative Projects/Final Class!
Monday, 5/25: Memorial Day: No school!
Wednesday 5/27: Continue working on your creative projects
Spend at least 50 minutes (one homework period) working on your project--more time if you can
To show me you worked on your project, you can do one or more of the following:
Write a brief description (200 words) of the project as it's taking shape thus far
Write a brief description of the process you engaged in this weekend:
Optional questions to answer:
Was it easy/hard to get started?
What did it feel like once you were immersed in the project?
What came up for you? Any mental blocks or challenges? Any new inspirations or ideas?
Record what you worked on
Videotape what you worked on
Take a picture or screenshot of what you worked on
If writing (e.g. a freewrite), simply submit the freewrite
Don't forget that you can check the collective docs on "Inspiration" and "Ways to Get Started" if you experience some difficulty getting re-immersed in the project
Remember the following as you begin:
Don't judge it or yourself
Just jump right in--don't worry about starting in the "right" place or with the "right" information
Most importantly of all: stay with it!
