Week 17--Future of Narrative, Inspiration et al.
Bonus! See below for PDFs of three guidebooks for creative writing from MasterClass!
Monday 5/18: For today,
1) Jot down 5 ideas for creative projects you might do this summer.
2) Which project has the most heat/excites you the most/makes you feel inspired and alive? Describe that project in a little detail in a freewrite.
Some points to consider when doing your freewrite:
Explore the idea of the project.
E.g. if a story, you might write the basic premise of the story.
What might the working title of your project be?
What do you visualize the end result of your project being?
3) Free free to attach photos of sketches or a preliminary audio recording, etc.
4) Word count: 200 words

Weds 5/20: Please write a journal entry, 350 words or more.
No required topic for this week, but you might write about
Beginnings
Endings
I'd encourage you to try writing by hand. If possible, grab a notebook and go outside. You can take a photo of your journal entry and post that on Canvas
Journal writing can be very therapeutic. If it's helpful, use the journal to write about whatever's coming up for you these days.

Fri 5/22: Please write another journal entry, 350 words or more.
No required topic again, but you might write about:
How can I get started on my creative project for the summer? What can I do to get myself jump-started and excited and actually doing this project?
Where can I find inspiration for it? (Block D, you might check here)
