      • Your reply can be as simple as "got it" or "understood"--just something to show me that you have read and understood my side comments

      • If one of my comments doesn't make sense, then please let me know!

    • I'd suggest doing some "pre-writing" on one or more of the essay topics that we discussed in class on Wednesday.

      • Note that you can do quick freewrites or more formal essays as practice at home. Any kind of writing would be helpful!
