Weds 6/1—On the website (specific place to be posted on Tues), post an interesting passage from the work you were assigned yesterday. The passage must be 6-9 sentences long and include the name of the text and the page number. Then after your passage, write a paragraph-long analysis, explaining what and how the passage contributes to our knowledge of the work. Discuss an important idea or theme the passage raises, or a revealing trait of one of the work's major characters. Make sure to have a topic sentence and embed quotations from the passage into your paragraph.
