It was a dark and stormy night, well not really. It was an orange
evening, the sky glowing like a bright vibrant orange. You could see
the blood moon through the clouds, red as blood, as if it just
commited murder, (I get where they get the name.) The year was 1984.
And a new doll just came out, my sister begged my mom to get it. The
first time I saw the doll, it’s eyes were glowing red, killer eyes.
As they walked in, I got my first good look at the doll. Its skin was
white as snow, eyes redder than the blood moon outside. It had two
pigtails reaching down to its back. I didn’t think much of it, but
that was before dinner. Me and my family were sitting at the dinner
table, eating where there was this crackle. I was so startled I fell
out of my chair. We searched the whole house and found nothing, but
then I realised the doll. I told my family but they didn’t believe me,
my sister even started crying being told her doll was evil. Alas, they
should have listened to me.
I woke up with a start, a crackling noise inside my room. That’s when
I saw the doll. It was at the end of my bed, holding one of our
kitchen knives. It was bloody, mirroring it had just killed my family.
I jumped out of the bed and ran down the stairs I turned, and it was
nowhere to be seen, so I opened the door.
When I opened the door the doll was outside, looking right at me. I
closed the door and ran to get a knife, opened the door and stabbed
the doll. When it was down I ran far, far away. It never found me
again.
The year was 2024, I had just put my children to bed and went to
sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night and that was where I saw
it. Skin as white as snow, eyes as red as the blood moon outside,
killer eyes.
That was the last thing I ever saw.
