Bowen: I think that Marty supreme was ⅗ stars. The movie was too long in my opinion at two and a half hours. The movie was also extremely stressful. After around the 15 minute mark the scenes are a rollercoaster and doesn't seem to stop until the credits. This was fun for a while and very entertaining but got very old very quickly. A good part about Marty supreme was the acting. Timothy Chalomet did an amazing job and was an excellent actor for the role. One thing I will say is that I wish the movie was more focused on ping pong. With all of the promotion of the movie, I was expecting a fun ping pong movie about a guy’s rise to the top. Instead the movie was more focused on the obstacles and roadblocks along the way. Overall, Marty Supreme is definitely worth a watch as everybody had very different opinions about this movie.

Harris: I think that the new Matty Supreme movie was fantastic. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time I was watching it and would definitely recommend it to the public. To be honest I went into this movie not expecting much as for me, the sound of a movie about ping pong does not sound interesting at all, however i was very wrong. I thought the acting in this movie was outstanding and probably was the reason why I enjoyed this movie so much. When I found out that Timothy Chalomet was in this movie and playing the main character I could already tell that this was a movie I was going to be amazing in. After performing in movies such as the new Willy Wonka movie, Dune, Beautiful boy and so much more, I could tell I was going to love this movie. I give high Kudos to the director of this movie for making it so interesting to watch. I will not spoil this movie, however I loved every second of it and definitely recommend it!

Zac: I went into Marty Supreme not expecting much, honestly, how exciting can a movie about ping pong be? But it totally surprised me. It is way more intense and fast paced than I thought it would be, and Timothée Chalamet is actually fantastic in the lead role and I didn't think he would play this role too well but he does so well in every film he is in it kind of makes sense how he makes every film work for him. He also did an amazing job hyping the movie up before it came out, with a whole lot of people talking about its release and speculating about it, the most hype I had seen about a movie in ages. The only thing I didn't like about the film was how long it was, as I decided to watch it on a school night and got home pretty late. Overall, I would rate this movie ⅛ stars.
