Casper

Casper is a kind young ghost who peacefully haunts a mansion in Maine. When specialist James Harvey arrives to communicate with Casper and his fellow spirits, he brings along his teenage daughter, Kat . Casper quickly falls in love with Kat, but their budding relationship is complicated not only by his transparent state, but also by his troublemaking apparition uncles and their mischievous antics. Its rated PG. The genre is Fantasy comedy.

Hocus Pocus

After relocating to Salem, Massachusetts, teenager Max Dennison investigates an abandoned house with his sister Dani and their new friend Allison. When Max disregards Allison's tale as mere superstition, he inadvertently releases a coven of evil witches that once inhabited the house. Now, with the aid of a magical cat, the kids must retrieve the witches' spellbook to prevent them from achieving immortality.

The Sixth Sense

Young Cole Sear is haunted by a dark secret: he is visited by ghosts and can see the undead. Cole is frightened by visitations from those with unresolved problems who appear from the shadows. He is too afraid to tell anyone about his anguish, except child psychologist Dr. Malcolm Crowe (Bruce Willis). This movie is rated PG 13

Beetlejuice

After Barbara and Adam Maitland die in a car accident, they discover they’re stuck haunting their home and can’t leave. When the bothersome Deetz family, along with their teenage daughter Lydia, moves in, the Maitlands try to scare them off but fail. Instead, their attempts attract Beetlejuice, a mischievous spirit whose "assistance" soon turns dangerous for both the Maitlands and Lydia.
