Advertising:

 

The facilities, the staff, or students enrolled in Clay County schools shall not be employed or used in any manner for advertising or otherwise promoting the interests of any commercial or other non-school agency or operation.

 

Commercial Agents in the Building:

 

Insurance representatives, news/magazine agents, textbook company representatives, school supply sales agents, and other commercial agents are prohibited from canvassing school employees without express written consent of the building principal or superintendent of schools.

 

No person shall sell or offer for sale within the schools or offices of the board or on any school grounds any articles or services to employees or pupils, or solicit contributions from such persons, without the express written consent of the building principal or superintendent of schools.

 

Canvassing of instructional personnel shall be prohibited during instructional time except in cases where the service offered can be defined as an employee benefit.
