Admissions and Gate Receipts

            The following uniform procedures shall be used for selling and collecting tickets to athletic and all other school functions when admission above 25¢ is charged.

1.      Numbered tickets shall be used.

2.      Signs indicating admission and tax charges shall be posted at entrance doors in order to be visible to all ticket purchasers.

3.      Adult and student tickets shall be of different color, with specific printed identification indicating class and admission charge.

4.      Person(s) selling tickets may not also collect admission tickets; the collector(s) of tickets shall submit the ticket stubs for auditing purposes.

These procedures shall be implemented through the Superintendent’s office.
