Regular Board Meetings/Time and Place

            The Board shall meet regular on the first and third Mondays of each month in the Board of Education Building in Clay, West Virginia.  Any changes in this schedule of meetings shall be approved in advance by the action of the Board.

            All regular meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and the press.
