Board Meetings

            The Board shall transact all legal business of the Board in official meetings. No member of the Board or any committee of the Board shall have power to act in the name of the Board outside of the legal board meetings.

            The Board handles legal and official responsibilities in regularly scheduled meetings. Board members are without power to act upon educational matters except in such meetings.

            Business involving a change in the system, rules or regulations or affecting the general interest of the district shall be transacted at regular and special board meetings after due notice has been given or when all members of the Board are present.
