Public Participation in Board Meetings

            From time to time there are groups or individuals who wish to appear before the Board and make a formal presentation to convey publicly items of interest, commendations, special requests, expressions of concern, and other relative topics.  Persons desiring to appear before the Board may do so after making their request at the office anytime prior to the scheduled commencement of the meeting.

            The time allotted to delegations shall be limited to fifteen minutes.  When problems are presented by the delegations, decisions concerning their resolution will be reached after study by the Board and the Administrative Staff of the school system.
