Method of Election

     Any person who is eligible to hold office as a member of the County Board of Education may file with the Clerk of

the Circuit Court of the County in accordance with the State Laws of West Virginia, 3-5-5. All members will be elected by

the citizenry in accordance with the State Laws of West Virginia, 3-5-6.
