Secondary School Activities

            The Clay County Board of Education expects its coaches to be fully acquainted with and to respect the policies, rules and regulations of the West Virginia Secondary Schools Activities Commission.

            Coaches and other administrative officers will be held strictly accountable for infractions of established rules. Infractions will be reviewed by the Clay County Board of Education, and if such infractions are found to be willful, such acts shall be considered as neglect of duty and subject to action in accordance with personnel evaluation policies.
