Special Education

It shall be the responsibility of the Director of Special Education to maintain a manual of Policies and Procedures for Exceptional Students, in accordance with state and federal regulations regarding education of special education students. Policies and Procedures for Exceptional students shall be submitted for consideration and subsequent approval by the Clay County Board of Education on an annual basis.
