Agenda for Board Meetings

            The agenda for the Board meetings will be prepared by the Superintendent and mailed to the members of the Board on Thursday prior to the meeting on the following Monday.  Items not included in the agenda may be considered on an addendum as prepared by the Superintendent if the Board approves by majority vote the acceptance of same for consideration.  (The purpose of this regulation is to curtail impromptu decisions on proposals which the Board has not had time to study).
