Staff Conflict of Interest

 

            No district school officer, secretary of a Board of Education, supervisor, superintendent, principal, teacher, member of a county or district board, or county or district officer shall be or become peculiarly interested (directly or indirectly) in any area where he/she may have voice, influence, or control. This includes, among others, such matters as the letting of contracts, supply of materials and/or services.
