Policy Adoption

      Any business which would constitute a change in Board policy shall be referred to the Superintendent for his/her consideration or recommendation and shall be placed on the agenda for a regular meeting of the Board. A majority vote of the membership shall be required to enact new policy or make policy changes, except as state law, or Robert’s Rules of Order may require.
