Probation

 

            In accordance with state law, each teacher shall serve a probationary term of three years to be reckoned from the date of his/her first appointment in the county in which the teacher is serving his/her probation.  All probationary personnel must be informed by the first Monday in May whether their respective contracts of employment will be renewed.
