Sales Calls and Demonstrations

            Salesmen or agents may not visit a teacher in the classroom without the principal’s consent.

            A principal may use his/her discretion as to which salesman or agent he/she wishes to receive or permit to make sales calls in his building.

            The Superintendent of Schools shall have the authority, if he/she deems it necessary, to screen eligibility of prospective school supply companies.
