Winrad

Con Winrad se pueden recibir emisiones de radio y de TV (TDT) en nuestro ordenador utilizando un receptor TDT USB.

"Winrad is a free amateur radio program conceived by Jeffrey Pawlan, WA6KBL, that implements many Software Defined Radio (SDR) functions which are needed for weaksignal reception including EME, troposcatter, cloudscatter, and very long distance microwave terrestrial contacts. Funciona bajo Windows 2000, XP, Vista y la verwsión 1.6.1 ha sido probada bajo Windows 7 (32 y 64 bit). Una versión anterior v1.23 se proporciona para que sea ejecutada en Windows 98SE.

  • Get the New version (V0.2) of the Winrad DLL for the Softrock V9.0 written by PE0FKO: ExtIO_Si570.dll control

  • Get the new SDR HF receiver designed and made by Martin Pernter, IW3AUT called PM-SDR. His webpage includes a DLL to use his receiver with Winrad.

  • Download the support files for the Elektor SDR receiver published in the May 2007 issue of Elektor. But the extio DLL is not written correctly and does not report if the radio is unplugged. The Author has not replied so far.

Juan writes that he has tested this with the Softrock and the Lazydog receivers. He expects that it should work with all Winrad capable receivers if they have implemented the extio dll correctly. Please contact Juan directly for questions and support".
