Salmon and Cream Cheese Bites
In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, lemon zest and juice, green onions, parsley, cayenne pepper and salt and pepper.
Spread about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker. Top with the salmon. Garnish with a few more sliced green onions and freshly cracked black pepper.Yields 40-50, depending on the size of the crackers.
