Grilled Shrimp and Pineapple Skewers
Soak 12 wooden skewers in water for at least an hour. Preheat the grill.
In a small bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper. Assemble the skewers, then drizzle everything lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.Grill until lightly charred and shrimp is cooked through. Serve immediately with steamed edamame.
