Nectarine Banana Smoothie
Nectarine Banana Smoothie (makes about 4 cups)
2 bananas
1 nectarine
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 cups low-sugar, Calcium enriched orange juice
1 cup fresh baby spinach
6 ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses and garnish with a slice of nectarine. If you like your smoothies colder, place glasses in the freezer for up to 30 minutes before serving.
