Cucumber Tomato Salad with Sour Cream and Dill

• • 1 cucumber, peeled

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 red plum

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 cup cheese cubes (such as goat's milk Gouda)

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons minced sweet yellow onion

  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • salt and pepper

Cut the vegetables and fruit into bite-sized pieces and combine in a bowl. Stir in the sour cream, dill and lemon juice until well coated, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
