Cucumber Tomato Salad with Sour Cream and Dill
1 cucumber, peeled
1 tomato
1 red plum
1 avocado
1 cup cheese cubes (such as goat's milk Gouda)
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced sweet yellow onion
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt and pepper
Cut the vegetables and fruit into bite-sized pieces and combine in a bowl. Stir in the sour cream, dill and lemon juice until well coated, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
