Emergency Phone Numbers

In addition, please review your Parent Portal Account. Some of you only have one parent and no additional emergency contacts listed in the system.  We ask that you go into your account and add extra contacts.  When we have your child in the clinic or if there is an emergency, we need to be able to reach someone in a hurry.  Thank you for your prompt follow through.

From the Health Room

Please keep your child at home if they are experiencing the following symptoms:

• Fever

• Vomiting

• Diarrhea 

If you have been called to pick your child up due to illness, they must be picked up from school within 15 minutes. If you cannot pick them up within 15 minutes, please have someone on your emergency contact list pick them up.

If your student has a fever, diarrhea, or has been vomiting, they cannot come back to school until 24 hours after their last episode. 

The Health Room is in need of girls underwear size 6-8, girls/boys socks ages 4-12, boys pants, size med-large.

From the Financial Office

Please go into Parent Portal to review and pay for your student's fees.  If you are planning on completing the Application For Free/Reduced Lunch, please do it as soon as possible. Please note that all F/R information must be updated on a yearly basis. Those who qualify for Free & Reduced assistance will have breakfast, lunch, bus and all of the other school fees waived.

If you have received an approval letter from Free & Reduced and your fees have not been waived, please email the confirmation letter to Mrs. Russell: margarita.russell@jeffco.k12.co.us
