The Empire of Chang-Devost
The Empire of Chang-Devost originates on an earth-like world with divergent physical laws and technology. The dominant French-Chinese empire forcibly absorbed all other nations on it's homeworld when the Qualtana absorbed them as a vassal state. The empire is currently expanding into the Crystal-Phlogiston Dimensional Cluster. Due to the huge amounts of lightly settled territory currently controlled by the Empire, the Qualtana are exerting no efforts to control their current population growth.
