Artifact, The Title Deeds

Description: These are the title deeds to Caspia and its solar system, and also its galaxy. They are laid out in twelve golden codices; the covers of the large books are embedded with jacinth, diamonds, sapphires, chrysolite, and multitudes of other precious stones.

Outlined explicitly in these deeds are declarations declaring ownership of all of known space, under the right of “functional sovereignty” and the like.

Current Location: The title deeds are hidden away in the highest vaults of the Citadel Celes, protected by the deadliest traps, guards and defenses Caspian can muster.
