In the setting of Rapture World, demons are weak, flawed beyond mortal flaws, lowly. True believers can defeat them every day.

Frequently demons who appear to human beings are immediately mistaken for Satan himself. Most demons find this assumption both complimentary and ridiculous. The notion that the Adversary of God has either the time or inclination to appear before the dust race is evidence of human conceit as well as ignorance.

4. Angelic in appearance

2 Manifests with a horrific visage (roll twice on the table below and combine)

4. Glowing hellfire eyes

3 Appears as black smoke twisting and writhing with a malign intelligence or living shadow with vaguely human or animalistic features.

4 No physical body, only a booming and terrible voice

5 Appears only as glowing red eyes

6 Appears as an oversized animal with a frightening aspect (ravenous wolf, mangy hound, demonic bat, flayed bull, etc.)
