Here's our overview of the week:

Reminders:

• • We have an in-class essay over a poem you have not encountered before on Wednesday. You may use your Big List of Poetry Terms for this.

  • On Wednesday, please bring drafts of "What does it mean to be human?" essays for peer editing.

  • On Thursday, we will have our multiple choice poetry assessment. I have attached a review guide here. You will see the full text of many poems we read, plus a couple we did not.

Vocabulary: We will take a break from vocabulary for at least one more week.

Literature Circles: Please keep up with the reading and your role sheets. Literature circles will meet on Tuesday and Friday of this week.

Hamlet: We will continue to read, discuss, analyze and view Hamlet this week.
