American Literature for August 20-24

Here's a quick look at the week ahead:

• • We will complete the Cobb County mini-Touchstone #1 on Monday at the start of class and then enter answers via I-Respond on Tuesday.

  • On Monday and Tuesday we will also work on the American Dream final assessment. Details are attached below this post.

  • On Wednesday we will start a new unit, focusing on short stories from several American authors, as our focus shifts to effective narrative writing.
