Here's a quick look at what we will be doing this week:

The Crucible

• • Having begun The Crucible last week, we will continue to read, discuss, and view it this week. In addition, we will continue to write journals related to The Crucible at the beginning of each act in the play. I have attached a PDF of the full text of the play, in case you are absent and need to read:

Vocabulary: We will work with unit 3 in the vocabulary books this week, introducing new words on Monday. Please complete homework according to the usual schedule:

Monday--Choosing the Right Word

Tuesday--Synonyms and Antonyms

Wednesday--Completing the Sentence

Thursday--Prepare for Friday's vocabulary quiz
