Literature:

We wrapped up our unit on argument and persuasion last Friday with our test. We will go over part of the test on Monday, clarifying questions that were frequently missed.

We will start our next unit on American Romanticism this week, focusing on writings by Hawthorne and Poe. I have attached a handout with Characteristics of Romanticism, something we will refer back to frequently over the next few weeks.
