Honors Brit. Lit. for Nov. 14-18

Post date: Nov 14, 2016 2:29:0 AM

Here's a quick preview of our week in Honors Brit. Lit.:

On Monday we will wrap up our discussion of Hamlet, focusing on specific aspects of the play's final scene. We will also watch and discuss a brief Hamlet parody before wrapping up. Time should also allow for the introduction of Hamlet research papers.

Our test over Hamlet is on Tuesday. See the post from last week for specific review information.

The rest of the week will be spent working on Hamlet research papers, both in class and in the media center.

Wuthering Heights: After our Thanksgiving break we will start reading Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights. If you'd like your own copy, please pick on up before the end of the break. If not, I'll have copies to check out, or you can read the book online from this link:

You can also listen to the book for free via LibriVox. Here is a link to their Wuthering Heights page. Different recordings available here may vary in quality.
