Of Mice and Men

We will complete a couple more activities this week to wrap up Of Mice and Men, including a quick in-class project--body biographies for one of the book's characters. Our text over the novel will most likely be on Wednesday of this week. Details about the test and review information will be given in class.

American Romanticism

Our next unit will focus on some of the writing from the Romantic and Transcendentalist writers of the early 1800s.

Milestone EOCs: Believe it or not, we are just three weeks away from taking Milestones, when you subtract our Thanksgiving break. Milestones will be given on Nov. 29, 30, and Dec. 1. Please remember that this state-mandated test counts as twenty percent of your overall grade.
