Monday's Warmup: A narrative related to the eclipse. I'll have more details and guidelines for you in class.

The rest of the week our warmup will focus on subject/verb agreement, another areas we identified as needing improvement with our pre-test at the start of the year.

Definition Essay: We will wrap up our literature related to defining Americans and modeling definition strategies on Monday and Tuesday before working on our definition essays Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. At the end of the week we will transition to a focus on The American Dream and its attainability.
