Jutsu Shiki

A power in which the user is able to create barriers in certain areas by surrounding it with Nei Runes. Those who steps inside these runes will be trapped and will be forced to obey the rules that the user set up beforehand. Due to the nature of this power, it is more suited as traps rather than actual combat use, in addition, it also takes a lot of time to cast. The rules of Jutsu Shiki can be rewriten by another user of rune based magic like solid script or another Jutsu Shiki user.
