INFLUENCE

Standard factions:

Hunter's Guild:

A guild of Adventurers or mercenaries, themed around teamwork and never leaving another behind, they are hired by towns and cities as troops to deal with Deadly marks (monsters more powerful than normal), during wartime Hunters usually sneak behind enemy lines and try to pillage and loot enemy villages and hamlets left undefended and bring those resources back to the empire.

Physical Pursuits: Academy Sub-faction

Most Combat instructors at the academy are from the hunter's guild, they had contributed the funds to the construction of the academy of magical warfare on the grounds that a division devoted to physical technique magic(taijutsu) be created, a single hunter sits on the Academy council to represent this department.

Civilian Pursuits: Academy Sub-faction

Leftover space in the academy was turned over to civilian use, language courses, mathematics skills, cooking, sewing and other things, civilian pursuits has no influence on academy policy.

Supernatural Factions

Espers: Academy faction controller

The ultimate authority over the other two factions the Espers are primarily concerned with maintaining the timeline, hunting down those who would attempt to travel back in time to alter the history of the empire, they also perform dangerous arcane research far from the empire's holdings to prevent disaster. During Academy council meetings the espers rarely attend, leaving the other two sub-factions to handle administration of the school, occasionally jorian will appear to listen in on the meetings but will rarely say anything and leave shortly after.

The Psi-Core: Academy sub-faction

A Neutral(in terms of alignment) psionic organization operated by the remains of the Jedi Order.

The Psi-core council is composed of a few surviving Jedi masters, Ex-sith who have come back to face the coming entropic darkness, telepaths and a few self taught force users (Force adepts)it keeps tabs on all Force users and telepaths within the empire and makes sure they are treated fairly and equally to mundanes, they are also here to protect the privacy of non telepaths and to prepare the psionic forces of the empire against the coming darkness.

Mystical Pursuits: Academy sub-faction

A Jutsu based Technique magic organization that teaches the civilian population how to manipulate elemental and non elemental magical energy to various effects.

Houses:

Houses are a Collection of clans who have allied together and have stayed together so long that a bloodline has appeared as a result of the mingling of families, these alliances are regulated by the Bene Gesserit and their K'hara Overseer to best create bloodlines that can create a superior breed of infantry to deal with threats overseas and among the stars.
