Each module has a predetermined recharge time. Once a character has used a tech module, they cannot activate the same module until the recharge time has passed. A module with the [persistent] keyword begins its recharge only once the module's effect ends. A single omni-tool cannot sustain more than one persistent effect, such as Flamer or Tactical Cloak, Military Modules cannot Exceed 67% of the Omni-tools total Module slots. [6 of 9 max at MK XIV]
