Major Defects

Chivalrous

Whether due to a vow or natural inclination, you do not fight women. [or men depending on society]

Effect: You may not attack (or aid another in attacking) a female of your race.

Furthermore, you take a -2 penalty to attacks against female humanoids of any sort.

This Defect Disables itself if the female is the aggressor in combat,

Note: this trait is using default Male-> female Parameters and obviously other variations exist, regardless of gender you can take this trait and reword it as necessary to target whichever valid gender depending on the society in question.

SP - 4

Chummy

You prefer being part of a group/team/pack

Roleplaying Ideas: Enthusiastic team member, life and soul of the party

Effect: You relish the companionship and camaraderie of your team to the point that you don't function so well on your own. When out of sight of companions or party members you are effectively 'Shaken'.

Additionally, you must nominate a 'boon companion'. If that companion falls in battle you will ignore your own orders and rush to save that person, even if doing so would invoke attacks of opportunity (though optimum path may be taken if movement allows).

SP - 4

Honor Bound

You don't take advantage of others in combat.

Prerequisites: 'Honorable class'

Penalty: You do not get attacks of opportunities on others when they provoke them from moving.

Narcissistic

Roleplaying Ideas: The narcissist is well-known to pause and admire themselves while looting a treasure chest. This might actually trigger a cursed mirror, however...

Effect: Whenever you see yourself in a reflective surface, you are fascinated by it for 1d4 rounds.

Additionally, if you take a full HD's worth of damage (for example, if a Wizard takes 4 damage) in one attack, you become shaken until you spend a standard action to check themselves to see if they've been made any less beautiful from the attack. Failure to do so will leave the character shaken until they do. Characters with different HD values must use their lowest value HD for this purpose.
