Ice District

The Primary Seat of Government of the village is actually located in one of the most advanced sections of the city, The Ice District is miniature contained environment like the sand district but much more complicated, the area even contains plant and animal life that came through the portal from arctic worlds, apparently the story goes that the first Kokorokage, had a natural affinity for various rare arts, one of them being the manipulation of Ice and Snow
