Theurge

Chakra Shield (Su): The Theurge can expend 5 points of his Chakra as an immediate action to grant himself a Energy Shield bonus to Defense equal to his Charisma modifier until the end of his next turn.

Counterstrike (Ex): At 4th level, whenever an enemy within reach of the Theurge successfully casts a spell defensively, that enemy provokes an attack of opportunity from the Theurge after the spell is complete. This attack of opportunity cannot disrupt the spell.

Spell Synthesis (Su): At 5th level, a Theurge can cast two spells, using one action. Both of the spells must have the same casting time. The theurge can make any decisions concerning the spells independently. Any target affected by both of the spells takes a –2 penalty on saves made against each spell. The theurge receives a +2 bonus on caster level checks made to overcome spell resistance with these two spells. 

A theurge may use this ability once per day.

Requirements

To qualify to become an red mage, 

a character must fulfill all the following criteria.

Skills: 

Two Spellcasting classes that are distinctly different from one another

Knowledge (Ninja Lore) 12 ranks 

Chakra Control 12 ranks

Ninjutsu 8 Ranks

Class wound modifier +1

Control Die Type 1d8
