Scholar

Scholars are military tacticians often served as high-ranking officers. Extensive knowledge of ancient martial theory granted them the ability to wield dual schools of magic, between which they would alternate depending on the situation at hand.

Class Restricted Feat:

Additional Axis

If the necessary requirements are met, you may add an additional axis to your mode list, if you already possess one of the axis types in question you gain just the one you are lacking (see elemental chart)

At this point you don't have multiple active modes, just more modes you can be in.

Penalties to magic only apply to your opposite mode, not all modes you possess that are inactive.

if you are in Light mode only dark arts are hindered, other arts be it on law/chaos axis or elemental go dormant.

Adding an Axis adds the Swift chakra weaving and logical chakra consumption ability belonging to that axis.
