Dragon's Tail (occasionally spelt Tale) Tavern & Hamlet

Originally a Joke of  a name the name seemed to have stuck with the place the Tavern at one point was the end of the line for some, at the dead end of a road up in the hills, eventually it became spot for deserters in war to hide as it was near the front lines during the great war between Soukara and Kyourin.

"ye must be dead on your luck and at the tip of your dragon's tail to be knockin on this door" the original owner used to say, the quote still hangs above the doorway of the inn, burned into wood by the magic of fire by some mage long ago who wanted everyone to remember the first owner of the Dragon's tail.

Mining eventually uncovered a chamber that had been intentionally sealed that contained the ancient gate.

The warmth of Elrath itself awoke the ancient relic that was buried for hundreds of years, once the light of day touched the stone thus begins the story of many, while terminating another upon passing to this realm...

This Extremely large building was originally designed for another purpose, but has since been converted into a place for refugees to gather and to seek healing and comfort from the dangers lurking outside the makeshift walls of the tiny hamlet that has sprung up around the tavern.

Upon entering the Structure you are greeted by the great warmth of a large hearth on far right side of the room. Clearly it is easy to tell this 'Inn' was upgraded from scavenging the debris that seemed be everywhere around the portal-way, but the telltale signs of dwemer architecture hint at who first built it long ago.

You knock on the countertop, then tap the bell.. "IM comin.. im comin" *thump* "Ow!" soon you see the familiar sight of a Imperial, his tanned skin and dark hair easily determining his ancestry, appears from under the bar, a splatter of grease smeared across the tech's face "ah.. a new face.. what can i get ya? A room i'm guessin? oh no need to tell me the story.. its the same as everyone else stuck here, and trust me.. you don't want to sleep outside, lest the locusta find you for lunch....

*he slides a key to you and a shot of whisky before walking into the backroom, you examine the key, it says Level F with a dash and a number, as you unlock the door to your room you realize that the F stood for free... the room was empty save a dusty mattress in the corner*
